If extraction is not done in a timely manner, prosecution bylaws’ will apply for intent to steal. Any and all images left on any of the violators pages will be prosecuted separately for each image. Copyright laws created and express within the Professional Photographers of America will apply to each image and each violation. All services rendered by Studio 4 Design, LLC for SEO structure are subscription usage only unless written usage rights are granted and substantial payment received.
